RETURNS

1. PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE info@myuniwig.com BEFORE RETURN.

2. Return is initiated by the customer within 3 days of delivery date.

3. The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging.

4. The item(s) is mailed back within 7 days of return authorization

5. All returns require authorization. To start MyUniwigsend return shipping address to you.

6. All gift cards, customized items and sale items are final sale. We do not accept “ on Sale” or Customized items returned.

7.There is 25% Restocking fee if you return back your wig, myuniwigdo not provide any shipping label

 

 

Change Unit

1. No exchanges can be madeonce your wig is shipped out.

2. If you still want to change your order please contact us after you receive your first wig please contact info@myuniwig.com

3.Myuniwig do not provide any shipping label

4.Changing Order is initiated by the customer within 3 days of delivery date.

5.The Orginal item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging.

6.The Orginal item(s) is mailed back within 7 days of changing authorization

7.Require authorization. To start MyUniwig send return shipping address to you.

8.No refunds for change order if the wig you want to change is cheaper than your orginal wig. Its for store credit only.
